Young Thaedus dey try advise say make dem no treat alien species anyhow, but Argall and Thragg no gree. Na so Thaedus sneak go kill Argall, and Thragg take over as Grand Regent.
Thragg first order na for di Viltrumites to purge any weakness wey cause di betrayal. Na so dem begin kill each other, even pikin dem no escape. Heads dey fly, back dey break, eyes dey gouge. Blood just dey flow for di streets of Viltrum as dem dey prove who get di strongest power. Di survivors na di same Viltrumites wey we dey follow for present day.
For present time, after di battle for Talescria wey Thragg retreat, Thaedus announce say dem must travel to Viltrum. Mark Grayson (Invincible) don recover from him near-death fight with Conquest. Him and him papa Nolan (Omni-Man) and broda Oliver don finally bond wella. Oliver even forgive Nolan for not seeing am for Earth before. Di trio join di rest of di Coalition—Allen, Tech Jacket, Telia, Battle Beast, and Space Racer—as dem set out for Viltrum.
Allen dey worry say if dem kill Thragg, di Viltrum Empire rage go increase. But Thaedus insist say once Thragg die, di remaining Viltrumites go die off one by one. Mark record one last video message to Eve but no send am. Oliver, Allen, Tech Jacket, Telia, and Battle Beast try chop but no fit. Dem dey discuss wetin dem go like for last meal. Nolan tell Thaedus say him agree to kill Thragg but worry about whether di end goal na to wipe out all Viltrumites, including Mark and Oliver.
When dem reach Viltrum, Mark shock to see ring of corpses around di planet. Na warning against weakness. Thragg dey wait for dem inside di ring of corpses; him already know about di attack. Thragg call Kregg, Anissa, Thula, and Lucan to attack di team. Tech Jacket use Sinlak Beetle compound syringes to weaken di Viltrumites. Space Racer fire Ragnars. Space Racer helmet shatter and him begin suffocate, but Tech Jacket rescue am.
Nolan confront Thragg. Thragg punch down go Viltrum surface and tell Nolan to “come home.” Nolan refuse, call Viltrum tomb and say “You’re not my family anymore.” Thragg try make Nolan betray Thaedus by bringing up di safety of Mark and Oliver. For throne room, Thragg tell Nolan say fighting for Thaedus na fighting for him, Mark, and Oliver destruction. Nolan offer to spare Thragg if him stop di fighting, even ready to go against Thaedus orders. Thragg reject di offer, say “A death in any Viltrumite leaves a void in me,” then punch Nolan back up into orbit.
Thragg fly back up into di battle. Oliver, against orders, try take on Thragg alone. E go wrong! Thragg rip off Oliver jaw and right arm. Mark see am and rage ignite. Him threaten, “I killed Conquest, I’ll kill you too.” Everybody pause di fighting stare at Mark. Mark try punch Thragg but Thragg resist all damage.
Nolan see Oliver wound and get idea. Him call di team to follow him and for Space Racer to fire him Infinity Ray into Viltrum surface. As dem descend, Allen and Tech Jacket get taken out. Only Thaedus, Mark, Nolan, and Space Racer remain. Mark, Nolan, and Thaedus try reach di center of Viltrum to pave path for Space Racer blast to reach di core.
Di plan work! Viltrum completely annihilate, leave nothing but debris. Everybody stare in shock at di remains. Thaedus say dis na di only way to show dem truth: “Viltrumites, your world has been destroyed. Surrender is your only option.” Thragg scream, “I choose death,” fly toward Thaedus, and rip off him head. Him announce say Emperor Argall death don finally been avenged.
Mark order Allen to find Oliver. Thragg grab hold of Nolan and fly off with am. Mark watch in terror as Thragg beat Nolan ruthless, punch hole through him chest. Mark try attack again but Thragg grab him by head and begin gouge him eyes out. Di other Viltrumites arrive, tell Thragg to finish am off. But Thragg stop short, say, “We got too few already.” As Mark and Nolan bodies float through space, Telia and di crew find dem.
Episode 7 end weeks later with Mark wake up to find Allen don become interim leader of di Coalition of Planets. Allen lead Mark to room where recovering Nolan dey watch unconscious Oliver float for stasis tank. Nolan inform Mark say him broda go OK. As Allen brief am about di status of Thragg, Mark realise say di other Viltrumites dey head to Earth.
Di animation for dis episode top! Di destruction of Viltrum na iconic moment. Thragg power na something else—him punch Nolan out of atmosphere with just one thrust. Di action no dull at all, from di Viltrumites killing each other for flashback to di final battle. Di stakes high pass high, and di season finale set up wella.
